Linda Buss is a native Nebraskan. She has been in the construction and real estate business most of her life. Linda got her real estate license while living in Elk Grove, CA. Three years later, she moved to Hot Springs Village and got her associate broker’s license. She co-owns Big Red Realty with her husband, daughter and son in law. Tim has been a resident of Hot Springs and surrounding areas for over 40 years. Tim, and wife, Vicki, have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Tim has always been involved in the community. He coached baseball at the Boys Club in his early 20's and later when his children were playing soccer at the YMCA he learned the rules of soccer so he could coach there as well.
Tim has been in real estate for over 18 years. He has had his brokers license for 12 of those years. He is an active member of the National Board of Realtors, Arkansas Board of Realtors, Hot Springs Board of Realtors and the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors. He has been awarded numerous sales awards. During these years he has been the chairman and served on many committees. He has been involved in the Cans for Kids Chili Cookoff, Realtor Fishing Derby for special needs children and many Race for the Cure fundraisers.
After moving to Hot Springs Village, Tim is excited to be a member of both the Hot Spring MSL and the Hot Springs Village MLS. Tim is proud to have been selected to serve as a director on the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors.
Shawn Futch is a part owner of Big Red Realty and Office Manager. Shawn also formed and serves on the board for Home Source, a non-profit organization, working with state and federal officials and banks, teaching First Time Home Buyers about the benefits and responsibilities of owning a home. Shawn made her Real Estate License inactive so she could devote her time to operating Big Red Realty and teaching First Time Home Buyers. She is also a founding member of Small Biz Divas, a women’s networking group In Hot Springs Village that meets monthly to support, encourage and empower other women business owners and professionals.
Lydia and her family moved to Hot Springs Village in October 2010. They immediately fell in love with the Village and the people. The McCarthy’s are originally from the Midland Michigan area and have lived in Kansas City, Louisville, Boston, and the last 26 years in Huntington Beach, CA. Lydia's diverse experience lies in technology consulting and staffing. A veteran with 35 years of experience, Lydia began as a programmer before advancing to Contract Project Manager. Lydia soon expanded her role to include recruiting and sales. Lydia attended Michigan State University majoring in History, and later attended the University of Louisville for Computer Science. For the last 27 years, Lydia has also held the title of SVP, Operations for sales and Development with the renowned DPRC and Compuware companies and start up Heritage Global Solutions. Bob Fiorendino graduated Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, in 1968 and moved to Chicago and worked for Foster and Kleiser outdoor advertising until he moved back to Storm Lake in 1978. Bob went into the life and health insurance business in 1978 with John Hancock and was promoted to sales manager in 1986, moving to Dallas, TX. In 1990 he became a sales manager with Metlife, acquiring his CLU and RHU degrees. He started his own agency in 1995, qualifying for the Million Dollar Round Table 10 times. While working in Dallas area, he and his wife, Cheryl, discovered Hot Springs Village and immediately fell in love with the area. As avid golfers and boaters, they decided to buy a home in the Village in 2005 and now live here permanently. Bob and Cheryl have 7 children and 4 grandchildren and are looking forward to their visits. Bob is now an agent with Big Red Realty and looks forward to continuing a successful career in Hot Springs Village.
Don is a retired firefighter-paramedic from California. He moved to Hot Springs Village in 2012. He has been involved in real estate investment and property rehabilitation for the last 25 years. He is the owner of Rite-Way Home Restoration and Repair and is licensed residential building contractor. In his spare time he is an avid outdoors man and radio control aircraft enthusiast. Nora moved to Hot Springs Village in 2014 from Corpus Christi, Texas. She owned her own business for over 25 yrs. as a successful Lighting Representative. Jim was elected to the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors in 2015 and is serving as President of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors for 2016.
